Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between Support Quad (GSTIN 29AFAPC6643Q1Z1) ("we", "us"), the maker of Timerfly, and the company or person that signs up for Timerfly ("you"). By creating an account or using Timerfly you accept them. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you may agree to them on its behalf.

1. The service

Timerfly records working time, attendance and computer activity for teams, through a web app and a desktop app, and shows it in reports. We may improve or change features over time; we won't remove a core feature you pay for during a paid period without telling you first.

2. Your account

• Keep sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been misused.
• You decide who is invited, their role (owner, admin or employee), and which optional features are on.

3. Using Timerfly fairly and lawfully

Timerfly is made to be used openly. You agree to:

• Tell the people you track that Timerfly is in use, what it records (including screenshots or window titles, if you turn them on) and why, and get any consent the law requires.
• Use it only on computers used for work for your company, and only to record work time.
• Follow the laws that apply to you, including employment and data protection law (such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).

You must not use Timerfly to monitor anyone secretly, on personal devices without their agreement, or outside work; try to break or get around its security; resell it without our written agreement; or use it for anything unlawful.

4. Trial, plans and payment

• Trial: new companies get a free 14-day trial. When it ends, everything keeps working for 3 more days; then the workspace pauses until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted while paused.
• Price: plans are priced per person per month, as shown on our pricing page when you buy. Prices in INR exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate.
• Billing: you pay in advance for the period you choose (monthly or yearly), for the number of people on your plan. Adding people during a period is charged for the rest of that period.
• Late payment: if a payment fails or isn't made, we may pause the workspace after telling you. Your data stays safe and returns when payment is made.
• Price changes: we tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your plan; it takes effect from your next renewal.

5. Your data

The data you and your team put into Timerfly belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service, as our Privacy policy describes. You can export reports at any time. If you close your account, we delete your data as the Privacy policy says.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep Timerfly available and your data safe, with regular backups, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted (for example, during maintenance or problems with providers we rely on). The desktop app keeps recording while offline and sends the data when it's back online.

7. Suspension and ending

You can stop using Timerfly at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or isn't paid, telling you first unless the risk is urgent.

8. Liability

Timerfly is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or decisions made using reports), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell account owners by email at least 15 days before. Continuing to use Timerfly after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Belagavi, Karnataka, India.
