What is the difference between productivity and effectiveness?

Effectiveness is productive time ÷ the hours expected that day (from your shift or schedule, 8 hours unless set). It builds up through the day: 100% means a full day of productive work. Productivity is productive time ÷ time at the computer (tracked time minus idle): how much of your computer time was in apps that count as work. Neutral apps don’t count toward it.
