Why does my time show as unproductive?

Each app and website counts as productive, neutral or unproductive. Timerfly starts with a standard list (work tools are productive; YouTube, Netflix, Instagram and the like are unproductive), and your company can change any of them.

Open the app or site from My Day or Reports: it says which rule decided it, and owners and admins can change it right there.
